1:1 Personal Training

Personalized Fitness Programs Designed for You!

I create customized programs tailored to your health and fitness goals, including cardio, strength, core, balance, and flexibility training.

 

The one-on-one guidance ensures proper exercise form, tracks your progress, and provides the motivation you need to achieve your goals, whether that’s weight loss, building strength, preventing injuries, or improving cardiovascular fitness.

Group Training

Experience the energy and motivation of working out with others!

April – October 2026

Total Body Shaping/Sculpting

Midday Mondays11:30 am – 12:15 pm

Thursdays 5:30 – 6:15 pm

This class includes core and abdominal work, as well as full-body dynamic movements to raise your heart rate. You’ll leave with a total-body workout that shapes and tones your muscles.

Strength and Intervals

Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Saturdays 8:30 – 9:30 am

This class focuses on building strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises that target all major muscle groups. We then incorporate interval training with walk/fast walk or jog/run sequences. Interval training alternates high-intensity bursts with periods of lower intensity, boosting both muscular and cardiovascular endurance—all while having fun and staying motivated.
